One of my ip nurses was shocked I was having so many hallucinations. She said you haven't been diagnosed with schizophrenia have you?? I was like well no but....
Then I explained I was diagnosed with psychosis on admission and have had it several times and how pdoc and psyd disagree with my dx. So I either have no with psychotic features or schizoaffective bp type. She's a psych nurse. And she knows me do I'm surprised she was surprise I'd had them.
