Whispers, constant whispers that I should no longer be here. The pain I feel can be sometimes paralyzing and unbearable. I feel so trapped.

I'm so sorry. Do you have an emergency contact number you can call? I am very lucky in that my pdoc has a special cell phone for this, and you can call it anytime, even the middle of the night. If he doesn't answer, he usually checks the voicemails frequently. Any prn meds that might help or someone you can talk to?

I take all the prns I am allowed to. Part of me wants to take more to see if it helps but the other part of me wants to take all of it to just end it. I have done text crisis lines. I did an online chat once and got EPed because of it. So I don’t trust crisis lines too much.

I'm so sorry for what you're going through.

Please call your pdoc asap and stay safe! No one wants to see you go.

Oh, that is not good. Perhaps it is time to go to the ER. If you are resistant to that, do you have anyone that can be with you for safety's sake? Please stay safe. Priority #1.

I agree. You need to go to the ER. You are definitely not safe. If you don't have someone to take you there, dial 911. You need help, and you need it now.

I hear crickets all the time. Loud music helps.
Only I don't think about writing letters. Actually, I got a lot of people to screw, literally(sp), before I go.

I am here. Got an extra appointment with my T today. Now I am mad at her. I emailed her but she won’t write back so I need to wait until Wednesday to deal with it.
