I've been feeling bugs crawling on me most of the day today. It's driving me crazy. I'm working all my coping skills on this as can away from home right now.
My dr changed my meds today from vraylar to Latuda. I'm hoping Latuda will help. Vraylar is expensive and hard to get.
My t is worried about me and doesn't want me to go back to ip so he's having come in again on Friday. He's never done that before. It's good I guess.

Okay, let's hope the Latuda is helpful. I know that everyone is different, but I will say that Latuda helped me when nothing else had for years. In fact, I feel like Latuda kept me from completely cracking up.

Hope it helps you quickly. Out of curiosity does slowly rubbing a moisturiser into your arms help?

Sometimes that helps yes and I use one that smells very strongly.
