 I'm so sorry. It sounds like you are very depressed. I too have felt like I wish it would all end and often that I'm just a waste of space. It's horrible. Do you have someone you can talk to? Or do you have a therapist or pdoc you can call tomorrow?

When does your mom get back ? Wasn’t it just a 10 day trip ??? I thought you said that before your IP stay
Use your grounding skills and call a crisis line , I know using the phone is hard but you will feel better after actually talking to someone Keep posting here

Why wait? If you need IP go now. Are you a threat to yourself or others ? That’s usually the only reason Ip is indicated.
Are you suicidal ? Did you leave last IP somewhat stable? I can’t imagine them letting you go if still suicidal ?!? Just curious.

I slept until 6pm. It always helps when I’m asleep. But I listen to music and try to stay distracted. I listen to music a lot and tv sometimes

I’m thinking my next pdoc appointment I’m going to simply say how I feel. Hopefully I can get a new therapist and maybe into some sort of program. I don’t want ip again.
