Call a crisis line, or go to a friend's house. Last time I felt that way I went to a crisis centre. I felt safe there. Sending you a hug.

Do you have a WRAP plan you can follow? Who are your safety people?

Is there an after-hours number to call at your pdocs office where you can talk with someone?

Is there a psych ER you can go to?

I let my hubby know. He’s told me to stay inside (we have two balconies and live 150 metres from a train line).
I’ve taken an extra 50mg of Seroquel.
I’ll ring the community nurse I think.
The thoughts are moving pretty fast through my head as opposed to taking root.

I am sorry, please stay safe. I think it's a good idea to ring the community nurse or someone for help and to talk to.

I'm glad you are taking steps to safeguard yourself. The Seroquel will probably help. I'm glad your husband is there with you and that these thoughts are not taking root. I hate with a passion our illness , and fight it tooth and nail. If it gets to bad call a crisis centre or go to the ER. You are worth more than you will ever know in this lifetime.

Thank you all.

I’ve spoken to the community psych nurse and have now had a total of an extra 100mg of Seroquel immediate release + some Diazepam.
I’m now not so much suicidal as stoned.

Plan is for me to take PRN’s++ tomorrow and then the psych nurse will see me at home. If still needed I go into hospital I will go in on Monday. I’m safe with my hubby on the weekend.

I'm so sorry. I hate those type of feelings. Keep yourself safe. Try not to do anything rash. It's good you called your pdoc and let your hubby know.

Have you heard back from your pdoc?

So psych nurse visited me at home. I’m being admitted into hospital on Monday.
I’m currently flipping between suicidal thoughts and my head going weeee. Mixed moods are a problem - thinking bad thoughts while giggling.
I’ve promised hubby I won’t do anything rash. But define ‘rash’. 😀

I think I’ll be safe because I wouldn’t do anything in front of my hubby.
I’m currently intermittently suicidal. Quite giggly also.
Maybe I don’t need hospital?? I’ve been worse.
