I call it brain chatter, but it's like a nonstop internal dialogue. I am constantly talking to myself in my head. Asking my self questions, answering them, commenting on everything. I hate it. It makes it hard to have a conversation, because all I hear is my internal voice. The only time it is not bothering me is when I'm asleep. I asked my pharmacist if it was a side effect of any of my meds and he said no. Please tell me if you have experienced this before.

I get internal voices that are not mine arguing with me for sure. Not sure if this is the same.

I don't think it's psychosis because its only my voice in my head.If it is psychosis I'll need to back to the hospital for another week.

I get that quite a bit, especially before I fall asleep. Really annoying.
