It's weird. I sleep fine now but I feel numb, especially in the mornings for some reason. I've posted b4 about being much worse in the morning and feeling fine in the evening but now I'm numb no matter what. I previously had two books I was reading. One was a novel and the other a nonfiction. Now I try reading but feel no enjoyment. I just stare into space. I don't feel especially depressed. I know it's not zyprexa I I've been on it a couple months and it never did this. My prozac dose got raised recently. But idk if that's the problem either. Even video games are boring! I hate this feeling.

Psych meds can make your feelings numb. You should talk to your pdoc about it and see if he will help by putting you on a different med or changing the dosage of some of your existing meds. Some meds are worse than others to make you feel numb, and everyone is different, plus you have the combo to contend with.

I can't help noticing that you're on a lot of Zyprexa. That alone may be responsible for the numbness, even though you've been on it for a couple of months. Maybe talk to your pdoc about reducing it a little?

My daughter is on Prozac. One time she took too much and she was really numb emotionally.

I think it was the beginning of a new depressive episode because now I feel depressed.

That high of a dosage of zyprexa can cause depression.
