I know the feeling. Sometimes not even one day, just up & down again & again in the same day. I've been mixed lately.

Can't sleep. I have insomnia! Dealing with my mother's death and her affairs. I moved back home to help and it is really hard. Just taking it day by day. One step at a time. Thanks for listening.
