I wouldn’t really say I am depressed. I mean maybe a little but that is like baseline for me. Lately I have been having strange side effects or symptoms. My T thinks they are med and anxiety related. Most recently I am having short term memory issues and as she calls it a foggy brain. I have been trying for two days to figure out easy math stuff for work and I just can’t make the connections. It is very frustrating and I am very angry. All the symptoms I have put together have never been there before. It is making me suicidal again. All I want to do is stay in bed.

It sounds like you have a team who want to help. I hope the appointment goes well for you.
