Klonapin and ativan have always been of great help whilst manic. Outside of mania I see no use for them as they just make me tired. I took ativan for sleep for many years. Never experienced withdrawal.
Never had trouble getting benzos at pdoc |

I have prescriptions for ativan and clonazepam. My doctor does not like giving them and doesnt prescribe enough for daily use.
