After almost two years and countless medications I finally slept through the night last night. I feel great!

Cool

Which meds have helped you?

I'm glad you're getting much better sleep.

So glad you were able to sleep. I am not sure about you, but my bipolar gets much worse with lack of sleep, usually heading toward mania even if I am trying to sleep & want sleep & am just not getting it.

I struggled all my life with sleep, but thank God, the Seroquel pretty much knocks me out.
