Sometimes I just wonder if things would have been better off if she just killed me one of the many times she threatened it. It would have saved me a lot of trouble.
Im getting restless of all the nightmares I am having of her lately.

Sorry...I haven't been sleeping well for a while now. I cant sleep at night bc of ptsd nightmares so then I wanna sleep all day. its a nasty cycle. my dr gave me minipress today to try. not sleeping makes me all weepy and depressed like.
