Moved out of my dad’s house, barely talk to them now, started eating a lot better even though I cheat often, working out every single day. If you find yourself at a war with this illness like I have a good majority of my life, just know that there is hope! Incorporate small but positive changes into your life and it will get better, thank you to everyone on these forums for your help.
