I’ve been taking a low dose of Seroquel for a few nights now.. I think it’s helping somewhat right now.. and no obvious severe side effects..

That's great news! I've never taken Seroquel, but I know it helps some people a lot (especially with sleep). I hope it continues to help you.

Many people take a small dose to help them sleep even up to 300mg.
