After being stable for years three years ago my meds abruptly stopped working. Over a two year span I spent 6 trips to IP and countless times to PHP and IOP. I missed a ton of work being out on short term disability. I have now been back for a year straight but am still being scrutinized for it. And to top everything off my personality has changed. I don’t like this new me. I don’t know what is going on.

Your mood indicator on the left says that you're depressed. It could just be that. I know i get so frustrated with not being able to tolerate things and wonder what is wrong. But then i just remind myself that i'm depressed. Hope things improve!

You're becoming "normal". Not fun at all.

Have you received feedback from others that you’ve changed?
I ask because last holidays I caught up with a whole lot of friends that I’d known for decades. The most common phrase I heard was “it’s so good to see you. You haven’t changed a bit”.
I feel I wear a flashing neon siren that says “warning warning bipolar alert”. It was so good to get a reminder that no one else can see it.

Pdoc has noticed the change. T has been wondering about having a dissociative disorder.
I really want to know what happened 5 years ago but I will never get an answer.
