I haven't been out of bed all day. Sleep and crappy stuff on Hulu. I don't want to move today. I don't feel depressed or happy or anything really. I don't feel like moving though. I can have an off day, right?

An off day is fine. When it becomes a pattern it is concerning.

Heck yeah, everybody has an off day now and then. I’ve had two in a row and I’ve been doing pretty good lately. Like the poster above said...if it starts to become a pattern you might want to look into it.

I agree with what the other folks said. But if you see it's a continuing thing, I think it would be good to tell your doctor about it.
