It did not work for sleep. It did help with anxiety a little.

Helps a tiny bit with anxiety, helps a tiny bit with chronic pain. Causes imbalance, with is annoying and potentially dangerous. Seems that if I drop the dose, then increase it I feel much better for a couple of weeks, then the Gabapentin seems to lose it's power.

I'm not sure what to think of the stuff.

Same here. I use it for anxiety. It does not make me sleep. We are all different though. I hope it works for you!

I haven't used it for sleep, but I did notice a correlation with being less prone to agitation.

It helped me with sleep and anxiety but I had to come off of it because it gave me confusion, as it did for both my mom and grandma.

I take it for anxiety. Not sure if it helps with my sleep or not.

While I was on it, at first made me tired, calmer. As I continued taking it, it started to give me energy or a boost. I think there's better meds for sleep. Good luck

I take it at night and it seems to help me sleep. I take a decent sized dose at bedtime (800mg) and if I miss it I have trouble falling asleep so I assume it helps. It mostly helps with anxiety but I have a lot of anxiety around sleep time.
