Have any of you gotten mouth sores from taking seroquel? If so did you have to see the Dr right away? I've never had them till now so I'm not sure lol any insight would be great!

Nope, never had them on Seroquel. It can't hurt to contact your doctor, though, whether they're a psychiatrist, psych nurse, nurse, etc.. They've all undergone medical training and can help. So I wouldn't wait. You don't want an infection.

No, I have never had mouth sores from Seroquel, or from anything else. I've taken Seroquel or Seroquel XR for years and at various doses up to 800 mg. Are you certain they are from medications? There are myriads of other conditions that can cause mouth sores. Perhaps you should go to your GP if your psychiatrist seriously doubts Seroquel or psych issues (stress cold sores?) are the cause.

Hey. I've never had that issue but I think it might be a side effect. You should go to your doctor, maybe they can put you on something else.

Best of luck hun!

No, I haven’t had them in awhile. I used to get them really bad (before ever being on Seroquel). My PCP prescribed me Valtex to help with them, but it’s been years since I needed it.

I never had mouth sores on Seroquel and I was on a high dose. I hope you get it figured out.
