Well my depression is getting worse. It’s getting hard to fight tears but I’m managing. I’m not suicidal but I really want the pain to stop. I’m trying to meditate clear my head but these thoughts are racing. It’s getting worse and worse as Christmas and my birthday are approaching.

I am so sorry you are suffering like this. Especially at this time of year. Good on you for meditating. Keep it up. It may help. Can you see your pdoc soon? I really hope the pain lessens and then goes away soon.
