Anyone else feeling hypo/manic at this time of the year?

I'm on medication and have had zero symptoms since 2-3 months ago when I recovered from depression but now I'm having some hypomanic symptoms. It's nothing too bad yet but last 2 nights I slept for 3-4 hours and I have been very productive lately, exercising and feeling very motivated when studying, also my self confidence is a lot better than normally and i'm having generally very good mood. Music sounds so good (better than normally) and today I've noticed my thoughts started somewhat running.

I just cannot believe that this is hypomania since I'm on meds. But I feel very excited and extremely joyful and high all the time and can't fall asleep before 3am. I have had bipolar symptoms during Christmas time last 3 years. Anyone else experiencing something like this?
Is there any explanation for why I keep getting symptoms during Christmas time? I don't have any other seasonal patterns. I'm just a bit confused and don't know if I'm just imagining everything or if this is really happening.

I don't feel hypomanic or manic at this time, though do feel agitated. Stress or even positive excitement are usual triggers for my manic states.

I'm not hypomanic, rather the opposite. Our car just needed a 1200 dollar repair so Christmas is going to be really lean, if at all, this year. I'm hoping that we can afford to go out to dinner, but frankly I'm not sure if we'll be able to handle it.

I haven't been manic in ten years, almost. Thanks to Geodon. However, the depression is crippling.

I was manic a few times as an adult at Christmas, before diagnosis. I made hundreds of cookies and huge amounts of other goodies for gifts. I decorated the entire house by myself. The rest of the time, I've been so depressed that I think about suicide almost constantly. I'm at that point now

Thanks to everyone for replying. I have been sleeping better and feel less high.

Tonight i’ll attend a party, I don’t know how alcohol is gonna affect my mood but I feel like the “worst” is behind. Feels weird to write worst because I felt so good. I felt tempted to not take my medication, but I kept taking it, I think it helped me to sleep better.

I'm usually depressed this time of year, but I do believe I'm currently manic.
