For me at least 2 weeks for most all meds. Some a bit longer. Sucks

I've taken zyprexa and trileptal although not together. My guess is about a week before noticing a major improvement. What symptoms are you having. So glad you are off clozaril!

I've taken all three but never together at once, can't remember the how long the other ones took, I don't think I was on them for long but I'm currently on Trileptal and have been for maybe 2 years. I think it took a couple weeks

I haven't been on all three together but they seemed to work within a week. Remeron worked within minutes for sleep but took longer as an anti-depressant.

The only one of those meds I've ever taken is Zyprexa, and it took only a few days for it to get me off the moon. It was increased in the hospital four years ago because I was depressed at that time, and that also helped (oddly enough). Then I went back down on the dose when I stabilized, and last summer it was increased again when I got hypomanic. It works better and faster for mania than depression, in my opinion.

Give it 6 weeks for the cocktail to kick in. Remeron is faster, but ugh, it made me eat and sleep all day, every day, and I just stopped taking it I was gaining weight so fast (not good to have someone with a past of an ED have a med like that). I have not taken the other 2 meds. I think I was on Remeron with Risperdal & Trazodone.

For me Zyprexa works right away. Remeron (without Zyprexa) worked at first but after a few weeks stopped working.
