I never stop and start my meds. I have before but it’s been years! I kept forgetting my noontime haldol dose a few months ago and saw I was fine without it so I stopped taking it and just took nighttime dose of 5mg.
I’m having tactile hallucinations again. Time To restart that noontime 2.5mg!

Happens to the best of us. I've certainly done it.

Do you have any way to set an alarm for when it's time to take your noontime dose so you don't skip it? And/or have a small container to hold the pills if you happen to be out and about at that time?

Don't be too hard on yourself.
![]() I think many of us often try to decrease meds if/when we feel a decrease has had no adverse effect. The important thing is you have the insight to realize you now may benefit from resuming the 2.5 mg. dose. Take care. ![]() WC
