So I’m trying to do things and get out but I constantly freeze up. I have all these intentions of working out then when it’s time I can’t do anything. And this includes working out at home. It also goes to other aspects of my life like going out, to doing chores. I’ve gotten a lot better depression wise and have done something’s including watching tv (which was tough for me, haven’t watched tv in almost a two year span. Excluding football games). I brought Tony Robbins ultimate edge trying to get a kick start. Anyone else dealing with this and bale to move forward??

I can relate. I have been having super bad anxiety with any chore that I have to do. It's especially bad if I have to leave the house by myself. My doctor increased my xanax dosage which has helped. I still don't take as much xanax as I should though.
