Feeling dangerous, can’t stop. Spouse keeps pushing me / “shoulding” me I can’t stand it, want to hurt her and me, but I won’t. I am also Harm OCD. Should I call PDoc, therapist?

Contacted PDoc and therapist (see her next week) slept better, distracted myself. Still have thoughts in my head. PDoc reminded me to take prn Seroquel which helped.

Thank you for the help, it is most appreciated.
