I hate when my mind is playing tricks on me. It’s cause I took myself off some of my haldol. I’m back on it now and not scared of meds being poisoned so much. I told my t today how im scared the birds are watching me and telling satan how to attack me.

He said God made the birds (something I believe) and that they’re Gods birds so they wouldn’t do that. That helped me a lot. He said this is just psychosis again

Your T is right that it is psychosis. If the haldol is helping you, you need to keep taking it as prescribed.
Thanks for this!

One of my psychoses also involved birds. I still love crows and hate magpies. It went on for months, but I was not on an antipsychotic.

Your T is right. Keep on taking those meds and I am sure everything will work out fine.

I can understand that is terrifying. So glad the Haloperidol is helping. It helps me to in similar situations. Keep taking it and keep talking to your medical team. This will pass.
