I posted a thread a day or so ago and I was really mean and passive aggressive when I didn’t get what I wanted and I wanted to say I’m sorry.

I sincerely apologize to everyone I yelled at passively aggressively in my posts. Please read my last post. (Of that thread)

This site has helped me. I guess in my original thread I didn’t want to relive all my failures and think about how horrible I am. But I will. I will read them and make my own note to my psychiatrist.

I admire the strength you demonstrate by making an apology.

I agree with Daonnachd and we all make mistakes.
I hope writing your note goes well, remember you arent a horrible person. They are symptoms, symptoms of something that isnt your fault at all

If you'd had to apologize as much as I have in the past...

it's OK. i was a '''' awhile back on here when was manic.
don't even know what i am now. was asleep a few weeks, then healed and perfect, now exhausted but can't sleep. it's either shaman sickness per all of the spirtual and animal stuff lately, or i need seroquel back. i vote for shaman. or maybe just a couple or few hundred mg seroquel xr again for a few months which got me stable (and obese).

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
