Does anyone have advice on tapering off meds and managing withdrawal? Specifically zoloft and lithium. I get a wicked headache if I skip zoloft, so I'll need to figure that out.

Yes this is against medical advice. Yes I'm aware of the potential consequences. I also have valid reasons and I've thought it over for months weighing pros and cons.

What are all the meds and doses you are taking? Do you feel overmedicated? Take care TheSadGirlRises.

One time I was really set on going off my meds and my pdoc was opposed to it. I'd weighed the pros and cons and everything. Although he did not agree with my decision, he told me how to come off. Unfortunately, I took it into my own hands instead of following that advice either and it was a disaster.

A long time ago I was on Zoloft for post natal depression. I was on it for 2yrs and then spent a year weaning off it. Yes you read that right - it took me a year to wean off Zoloft.
