I started taking this medication as my sole antipsychotic over a year ago and have not had a manic episode or psychotic symptoms since then.
It recently failed two Phase III trials for controlling symptoms of mania though. Rexulti falls short of goal in late-stage bipolar disorder studies - PharmaTimes I think I will stay on it until or unless I have another manic episode. If you take it for bipolar do you think it helps?

When I took it I was taking it for the depression side of bp. It worked but did nothing for my hypomania and paranoia. And eventually did nothing to stop the depression crash after the hypomanic episode. So it didn’t really work for me.
