...you read or post in any of the sub-forums on psychcentral? (Such as the depression forum, anxiety, PTSD). I'm almost exclusively here in the bipolar forum and I don't stray very often. I was just curious how many of you utilize the other ones as well?

I post on the depression and anxiety forums also because those are mainly the problems I am dealing with. Iinterestingly, each forum has its own vibe. What I post in one forum differs from the others because the challenge is different if that makes sense.

I looked at the OCD one to consider posting, but it doesn't seem too active and there are other more active ones on other sites for that.

I look on the anxiety forum, mainly because I am coming off a benzo. Just to see how others deal with anxiety. It's interesting. I also look on sz/psychosis forum. Bc my son has a psychotic disorder.

I post all over the place. Here, cause it's my main concern.. anxiety troubles me a lot but I don't go there cause it sets me off.. same with depression. For some reason I'm most comfortable in this sub-forum. General chat, relationships and communication, emotional support, sleep and dream issues, eating disorders, addictions, chronic pain, women's forum, lots really. There is a lot of insight to be gained from different perspectives around here and I sound off when I feel I'm not going to make to big a fool out of myself!!!

Mostly the bipolar. I tend to venture elsewhere when there's not enough reading to do here. Maybe it's slow, or maybe I'm bored and/or procrastinating. I'll generally just hit "new posts" and see what grabs me. But this is definitely my go-to forum. It and BDD are my main issues, and though I'm always read up there, I don't post much.

Oh! Wait! Games! I'm all over the place there. Probably play almost a dozen (too lazy to count )

I have a series of forums I'll go to naturally (this one, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, coping with emotions, the did forum, eating disorders, PTSD), then I have forums I'll go to if I have a passiffic question or feel in a helpful mood

I find it very cool you guys use the other sub-forums! I kind of felt like a lot of them aren't very active. I guess I should look into some myself!

I spend 90% of my time on the bipolar section. Learning and getting to know others with bipolar is the whole purpose of being here. I already know many people with depression, OCD, anxiety, and PTSD in real life but I only know 1 bipolar person. For me being able to relate with others has priority over everything else.

I've posted a couple times on Adult Children of Alcoholics and the General Q & A. Mostly only on this forum. On Reddit I have participated in their Maladaptive Daydreaming subreddit. I don't currently have an issue with MD, but did years back.

I read the psychotherapy forum and will post there. I don't really post a lot in either forum.

I will say tho that there are a handful of forums I just do not go to ever.

They trigger the hell out of me. To were I’m sweating , terrified and have gotten sick from a few times.

Most of my posts are in the Bipolar forum. It’s what I suffer from, and there are a lot of good topics. I do post some poems in creative corner and will reply in the general discussion forum when something gets my attention.

I've posted in the Depression forum a couple of times, and I'll occasionally visit the medications forum and other mental health discussions forum. 99% of the time I stick to the BP forum because that's what I have and I can "talk" with other people who live with BP. I don't know very many IRL.

I'm mostly on the Schizophrenia sub-forum and have been for years, feels like family. But I do check in here every now and then. My dx is Schizoaffective Bipolar. There is technically a Schizoaffective sub-forum but it's hardly active at all

I post on several different forums, like Bipolar, Depression, Other Mental Health Discussion, Anxiety, Coping with Emotions, Relationships & Communication, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and some others. I just write whenever I feel like I can help other people. I'm glad there are so many forums so that one can pick his/her favorite, although not all of them are active unfortunately. Sending many hugs to everyone
