I was listening to my clothes washer's spin cycle malfunctioning. I now hear my parrot pacing back and forth because he wants to get out of his cage, but I can't let him right now. I'm busy and will soon be leaving for my therapy appointment.

Love the Hip! Gords passing was tragic. A terrible loss. I’ve seen them many times but the best had to be a total dive bar around 1986 and there were less than 10 of us in the whole place. They put on a show like they were playing to a big crowd. I also met them after a college gig too. Awesome band. Poetic lyrics. Gift Shop is my morning alarm. Soothing intro. But you are so right. Everything about ND is haunting... Nice to see a Hip fan, cheers I’m listening to 54-40 “One day in your life” |

R.E.M. "Leave." It has this cool sound effect of a whooping-siren-like sound running thru it. Just discovered it listening to online radio.

Spotify's Release Radar which comes out weekly. It basically uses what I have been listening to the last week and plays similar music too it. I get to find heaps of great new bands this way. Right now it's "Wildfire" by SYML. Not bad but won't be going in my library.
