I know we had a thread like this a couple years ago. I personally enjoyed it. Maybe we can give it a go again? Maybe your listening to music, birds chirping, babbling brook, a chain saw. It’s up to you. I’ll start with music as I like to be introduced to new material

Deftones - Change
K.Flay - Blood in the Cut
(Yea all somewhat mood reflected)

.......GO!

My heat pump gobbling up my money (but thank God I'm actually warm for one of the only times in the last 5 days) and a weird documentary I'm watching on youtube

MSNBC. I'm not a fan of Brian Williams, but he follows three news programs I like a lot. I can't get to sleep. I forgot to take my meds until 10 pm. That's problematic for me since it usually equals not feeling tired until 2 or 3 am.

I'm listening to my Pandora Radio. It's on my 90s station, current song is a very sad one that really gets to me. I love it.

"Winds that blow "- Duncan Sheik

Other than that just my typing -- I'm doing some "homework" my therapist gave me.

I love alternative 90’s music. Ok, I will admit there were some grea mainstream hits too. My digital radio in Australia has a 90’s radio station but it plays too much mainstream for my liking. Pity though. We all would love a radio station made solely for us! Spotify offer me a selection that change weekly based on my playing history. They can be great.

Early in the morning I listen to the multitude of birds outside my window. A good start to the day. Music wise, right now I’m listening to Tori Amos Live. Otherwise I listen to a variety of current and older alternative music. I’m not a mainstream fan.

I'm listening to a YouTube mix of beautiful contemporary instrumental music with lots of piano. It's two hours long.

My parrot laughing and cooing.

Now he's jealous of my snack (multi-grain pita chips and spinach dip). He's saying "Mmmmm!" and "Moc dobry!", which means "Really good!" in Czech.
