Hey all, so it's been awhile since I posted here. How's everyone? To anyone having a rough time right now, know that you are loved and I hope things get better for you soon. Anyways so I had a med appointment today. It's been almost a year since I was on meds. I have insurance finally and I'm trying to get my life together. My relationship is doing better. Bought a car today, finally and buying a house. So the new meds I now have are Buspirone and Vraylar. Has anyone taken these and if so, how'd they work out for you? I took one Buspirone at 12:30 and so far I feel slightley sleepy, kind of like a high sleepy. It's not too bad. Way better than Seroquel. Just wanting to know others experiences with these meds.

Neither one did a flipping thing for me. I even had psychotic symptoms while on vraylar. However I am very treatment resistant and do better with older meds like depakote and haldol.

So good to see you, dshantel! And with good news no less! I am very happy for you that you have insurance again and can get meds (and all the other good stuff!)

I was on Vraylar for about a month. I can't remember why I discontinued it, but it wasn't due to the med itself. It worked well as I recall. I hope it works great for you!
