I
Got home Yesterday After 35 days inpatient. My depression and psychosis was really Sucky this time! I’ve been doing ECT to combat this struggle with depression. I go for a maintenance ect treatment April 26

Don’t worry about being “ happy” you just got out of a long IP stay , it will take time for the meds to fully kick in and just readjusting to life here on the outside. But we already talked about that.
I’m just glad your safe. “ happy will come” when your baseline and feeling well.

Good to see you again! As far as "being happy", I'll agree with Christina's post. It'll come, just maybe not yet. Give yourself time, it's ok. You just get out of a long stay, please be gentle with yourself, ok?
