I suck at life

I suck because I’m allergic to most meds
I suck because blood relatives ... I’m never good enough for any of them

How do I become a “better” person?

Step 1a. Stop basing your self-worth on other people's opinions. You're worthy to be here by simply being here, no matter what they say.

All those things are not your fault. And the fact is you don't suck at life. First, you are still here, and secondly from what I know of you on this forum you are a beautiful person. It is just that life has crushed your self-worth. You can reclaim that over time.
