If you look on this thread is a full list of medications I take psych and medical.

I have just never felt so unhealthy in my life. All my meds mix together so I feel like it’s all a toxic explosion in the making. I need to detox off everything I possibly can.

So ... I have a plan to go off numerous meds. I’m doing it carefully , I’m allowing for half life and then the time my brain to adjust sans Med.

My husband will be watching me in case I’m not catching any possible problems.

This is a well thought out plan.
Thanks for explaining. Much appreciated. I wish you all the best in your new endeavour. Me - I’d be too scared.

I understand you needing to take a break from your meds, hear you loud and clear. I just think you ought to extend your taper down to longer than 3 weeks for the lamictal. If I am remembering it correctly, the risk of having a seizure is there if you reduce it too fast. I think I would do some research about this.
