Just as title says I can’t do this. I’m still feeling low and now I’m having wicked anxiety and panic attacks. Im gonna end up self harming I just know it. My t would say follow our safety plan but I HAVE to work. Besides I’m not in danger. I have no SI.

Our safety plan is go to ER, call crisis line, go to
The ip I was just at or the psych urgent care (it’s really expensive and I can’t afford it.)

I’m just trying to stay distracted but it’s not working.

I can’t do this

I agree with spikes -- can you call your therapist?

What distractions have you tried that haven't worked? Maybe we can come up with some other distractions for you.
Thanks for this!

you sound like you are in a serious crisis. hugs from all of us. we are all here for you. we all want you to get better. you have the strength to do it. keep up the distractions. it will pass. give it time and don't give up. work hard on a crisis or treatment plan with your team. do what it safely takes to get them to help you.
