took 15mg of mirtazapine. need sleep. so manic. mixed state is kicking my butt. listening to some psych vids on you tube, but my brain is racing a mile a minute. at least I had some dinner and I have been distracting myself with things to calm me down. being on PC has been helpful.

hI! thanks
no, the meds didn't work so well. finally fell asleep about 3:30 am then woke up about 7 am. went downstairs because I was hungry and needed to take my blood pressure meds.
hopefully I can catch a nap later. still elevated and feeling agitated. restless and kind of "speedy" also, down and a bit sad. all mixed up lol. this sucks....
see my PDoc monday morning for meds adjustment.
thanks for checking in with me!

my PDoc told me half of a 15mg tablet would knock me out, and it was working, but this mixed state has me wired and I'm considering taking the whole 15mg. I have in the past and I'm in dreamland for a good 6-7 hrs. but last night it barely worked
