Glad to hear this update. I saw your note from the other thread. I'm more than happy to offer my support to you while you ride this wave. I felt and still feel so much shame after my episode and being in service to others, even if it is just to offer a few kind words, helps me to heal. Thanks for allowing me to do it.

We are about to watch Episode I and have a little party with my kids. We have a bunch of lightsabers and plan to do some battling while we watch. We also have a stash of Star Wars Legos to tinker around with. My youngest has never seen the movie, so I'm excited to get him started. He knows the stories from some books we read and I think he will like seeing them come to life on screen.

I hope you continue to improve and enjoy the day.

You're here with us in spirit. Or force

I joined the party and my husband and oldest are building a fighter jet out of a huge cardboard box we have left from a patio umbrella we bought. It sits two and the kids can watch the movie in it. Apparently we are going all out for this fiesta.

Thanks so much for your offer. I will remember to reach out if I ever get back to that place again. I know I'll need the support of those who understand. It takes a village.

thank you so much, Innerzone! actually slept a few hours last night. still feel a bit elevated but mania is tapering off somewhat. the depression is still rearing it's ugly head here and there but I suppose it's manageable. thank you so much for the support! much appreciated

happy belated star wars day! may the 4th be with you as well.
