Also-I don’t know what mood
I’m even in. I just wanna be alone and sleep. Remeron doesn’t help me stay awake at all. I feel like crying.
I don’t wanna be around people or do anything. I slept through church.

I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, HALLIEBETH87! It seems like these meds aren't helping you AT ALL! Is is possible for you to change them? Surely there must be other meds that you can try out and that won't make you feel even worse! I'd suggest to talk to your Pdoc about ALL OF THIS and see how it goes from there if you haven't already of course! Hopefully he/she will be able to help you one way or another! He/she's there to help you after all! I hope you'll BOTH be able to work together to find the BEST meds combination for you and your health! Please NEVER give up hope! It DOES take time before finding the right meds and I'm SURE that many are going through or have been through what you're going through right now ESPECIALLY here on PC, so you'll DEFINITELY find PLENTY of support! I'M SURE OF THAT! Please try to be patient as much as you possibly CAN, although I believe you're being VERY patient right now actually since you're going through all of this and you're STILL fighting! That's truly admirable and I hope you're seeing that yourself! You're a STRONG, WONDERFUL PERSON! I PROMISE YOU THAT!!!!! PLEASE REMEMBER ALL OF THAT BECAUSE IT IS TRUE!!!!! I hope things will get better soon for you and that you'll be able to find the BEST meds combination for yourself and that you'll be able to feel good and to stay at peace! Just keep fighting, ok? Remember that you're AWESOME and STRONG and that you're a WARRIOR! We'll be here for you whenever you need us! I PROMISE YOU ALL OF THAT!!!!! PLEASE REMEMBER THAT!!!!! Sending many hugs to you, HALLIEBETH87!!!!!

hi. remeron is...well, its densely sedating at lower doses. in european countries, there's a tendency to use it at high doses, I think 60mgs+ in some cases. apparently, at those doses, its not terrible sedating and the weight gain is minimized. its been studied as a treatment for antipsychotic-induced akathisia. some people respond quite well, which is good.

other than that...i had a shrink tell me he wouldn't prescribe it because it makes a lot of people irritable. i mean, that shrink was a d-bag, so take it with a grain of salt, but...yeah.

i hope things get better for you. :-)

sending you hugs! hope things get better for you. I was taken off my remeron just this morning. given zolpidem instead, and an increase in my geodon. this last mixed state kicked my butt. wishing you all the best HallieBeth. hang in there.
