I haven’t posted in this forum for a while...
Papa bear has complained to me several times that sometimes I’m “too manic” Most of the time I have severe depression and anxiety... So now, I was feeling good... And once again I must muzzle myself ... And listen to unwanted sounds  Fortunately he isn’t as good at picking up on facial expressions. He missed my momentary look of pain.. Fuzzy bear put your mask back on please and DO NOT SPEAK (And fuzzy bear as always if you have to cry... cry alone...) With respect and care to all
