I haven't seen one of these threads floating around lately, and we need to remind ourselves of every small victory.
I got out of bed. I took my morning meds, even though I am questioning taking lamotrigine (Lamictal). I showered, put on makeup, fixed my hair, got dressed in nice clothes. i.e., made an effort at my appearance today (usually it's 50/50 on that) I wrote a poem and for the first time posted 2 poems in the creative forum (very scary step for me). What positive things have you done today?
