I'm really triggered at the moment by obsessive thoughts and actions. I'm list writing silly things like TV characters family tree honestly I kid you not. I've written down 74 albeit some were through help first and last names. Now in alphabetical order. Thinking of friends. Stress out about family and my deaths. Don't feel safe in my flat worried about carbon monoxide poisoning and electrical faults. Worried I wont wake up in the morning.

I should say the 74 names are of work colleagues first and last names. I managed to remember 40 plus but had to look in my old work box to locate the names. I'm down to 8 I just don't know. My head didn't let me sleep yesterday night I was so uneasy and paranoid

I have been suffering from some trigger anxieties myself lately. It's starting to manifest it self as paranoia. I have a pdoc appointment coming up soon so hopefully we can get this worked out.

Has this happened before? Is this a sign of a mood episode for you? I hope you can get in to see your pdoc soon. I get obsessive thoughts, but I likely have OCD as the reason for mine.

Is there a way your T can contact your Pdoc to arrange the possibility of a Med tweet or change before then , since your doing so poorly right now ? __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

I have obsessiveness throughout my head is filled with them. Normally it's a fleeting thought or action like washing my hands etc. But it's now becoming problematic. I can't see my PDoc until my appt in Oct our appts are slotted in months in advance. I've had my appt since April. My T says it's all OCD traits I'm displaying. But the obsessions and paranoia are hitting off each other which isn't fun.

My T is seperate from my PDoc. Here the PDoc is covered by the health system and my T is private I pay for her. I'm hoping speaking to my worker when I see her on Wed will help but I don't have high Hope's for it tbh!

I'm sorry, I have been there with the obsessions plus some paranoia like thoughts and it's terrible. Hope you get some relief from this soon. Maybe you can get on a cancellation waiting list for your pdoc? If your schedule is flexible, I would think chances are someone would cancel at some point before October. There are some effective therapies proven for OCD fortunately, if it does turn out to be related to that.
