This is terrifying. I'm so scared. I can't sleep. There are knocks at my door, the walls are breathing, and I feel this presence around me along with words just entering my head in a different voice. It's getting worse.

I'm not even manic or depressed right now. It's just happening.

I know when I am having psychosis that sleep deprivation can make everything worse. Maybe talk to your pdoc about changing medications. A sleep aid a day literally keeps the doctor away for me. Good luck, I hope it gets better.

Ive experienced the things you listed- but usually not all at once. That's got to be difficult. I hope all is ok when you wake up!

I'm so sorry. Psychosis is scary. You seem very aware though. That is good. Have you reached out to your doc? I hope this goes away for you soon.

Have you had a sleep study done? Do you suffer from sleep apnea/UARS?
