Considering sarcosine for (bipolar) depression.

Anyone tried already?

Study here is quite encouraging albeit not in bipolar.

Inhibition of glycine transporter-I as a novel mechanism for the treatment of depression.

I tried it once, not for depression but motivation, I didn't feel more motivated but I did get more done.
