How do you cope with your pain when you see things like this 75 year-old being assaulted by the Buffalo cops, now with a serious head injury? __________________ When I was a kid, my parents moved a lot, but I always found them--Rodney Dangerfield |

Yes. And that was quite catty . I do not like being “right’ about the darker side of human nature. And I am not always right, for which I am grateful.
If you had to read all of Freud’s works or Jung’s works, which would you read? Or both? Definitely both for me __________________ |

My sleep is very unpredictable. I woke up today at 7, felt great for 2 hours, became quickly exhausted for zero reason. Slept badly 'til 1. Wanted and needed to write, had tea, within an hour, totally wiped again. Back to bed--could not keep eyes open. Up again at 415, tried to watch a movie, back to bed again for 30 lousy minutes.

Lying down on my bed and focusing only on breathing air. When I get dragged away by thoughts, as I always do, I just focus again on breathing. I just do that over and over and over. Pretty soon, I feel better.
