Can you explain what you guys talk about on the chat? Is it just chatting about random things with other people who have bipolar? Or is it about sharing advice, etc.?

It's generally talking about bipolar. We will ask if anyone has a topic relating to bipolar. If nobody has a topic or feel that they need to chat about something, we will come up with a topic
