Okay I have 17 days left before seeing pdoc and 20 before seeing T. I'm sure not sleeping isn't helping but the anxiety, paranoia, and loudness is getting to me. I have no PRN. Headphones with music playing helps the loudness. So I need coping skills. I’m only going to be left alone 1-3x between now and then. Intake T wants me to paint and color to distract myself. Any other distraction Idea’s to help? Thank-you.

read, watch a funny movie, some cleaning, organizing maybe? if you have a cell phone camera maybe a nice walk and take pictures. painting and coloring are great ideas, too. I sometimes like to look at photos on pinterest when I'm online.

Netflix, YouTube videos, walks, reading, videogames if you play them, drawing, coloring, journaling, reading blogs pertaining to your interests, cooking, pinterest. Those are the ones that help me the most. And of course music which you mentioned.

Agree with the other wise, wonderful posters. Reading, watching movies, TV shows, playing some games, researching on the Internet... there are SEVERAL options! Pick the ones oyu like the most. Stay strong. You'll get out of this. I'm sure of that. Keep taking care of yourself like you're already doing. Try to relax and just think of yourself for a little bit! Sending many safe, warm hugs to you and your family, @Miguel'smom!
