I have bi-polar and am self have done enough self assessments and have the childhood history to make it pretty clear I have ASD (I know i should get a test from a doctor but they are expensive and I am poor). If you feel you might harm yourself or others you should go to the psych department in your local emergency room. If you can't get yourself there, call 911 for an ambulance. In fact if you dont feel safe in general you should call 911.

It's late enough to try to sleep tonight. Make a list of your clinics most have a sliding scale. Some have emergency numbers. Can you stay with anyone tonight? If you need it go to the ER.
