Since you're angry, have you thought about watching some funny videos on YouTube? A chuckle or two can take the edge off things, at least temporarily.

Idk I’m here at work about to go in and I’m dripping with anger. No prn. Wish I wasnt here.

Will this anger leave? I don’t get this mood much. Usually I’m happy when manic.
