Camping with extended family. Havent seen each other in a while. Everybody asks what and how Im doing- especially my cousin's husband who is a medical doctor! Uhhh... Everything is great. What do I do with my time? Try to stay sane. Oh yeah and my liver is ****ed so's my spleen. Oh youre perfectly happy and healthy? That reminds me- I had a 3 week manic episode this past Spring....

Im sorry- I know how that feels. Do you have asthma? I feel I can't breathe when its humid - I have asthma.

Same person and I talked about lithium toxicity- he said he's had several patients with it.

Dr. cousin said when I had lithium toxicity they likely were looking for heart issues- thats why there were so many people in my room and a crash cart in the hall!
